why i do what I do.....

I am now Fashion Director at Glamour magazine but following on from the success of my weekly column in the Sunday Times Style magazine I thought I would bring this page to life every week and also give you the chance to comment. This page is not for me to dictate what you should be wearing but to offer ideas on how to put wearable outfits together. Its not what you wear it's how you wear it!

Ines de la Fressange for Uniqlo....

Launching in Uniqlo today the new collection by the infamous Ines de la Fressange and these are my favourite pieces
you can WIN the check shirt in the second outfit just leave a comment here, on Instagram or retweet the blog on Twitter
deadline Friday 30th January

TIP... layer a roll neck under a dress for a 90's feel to the look but also great to add warmth to summer dresses

TIP... I love the pre rolled hem jeans and indigo denim is a perfect wash for a more dressed up feel adding check for in instant update
(WIN this shirt!)

TIP...its all about head toe toe white this spring so get ahead simple a tailored trouser and polo neck

TIP...try a crop trouser and a bold coloured ankle boot complimenting the red and blue stripes of the shirt

TIP...simple details like the drawstring trouser make these trouser super comfy and make sure you tuck the shirt in at the front to show off the bow detail but untuck at the back for a relaxed approach

TIP...the a line skirt fits perfectly into the seventies trend this year and keep simple with a white shirt and knee high boots
