why i do what I do.....

I am now Fashion Director at Glamour magazine but following on from the success of my weekly column in the Sunday Times Style magazine I thought I would bring this page to life every week and also give you the chance to comment. This page is not for me to dictate what you should be wearing but to offer ideas on how to put wearable outfits together. Its not what you wear it's how you wear it!

Florals.....

TIP...tropical florals are great as a whole look and I love that this print comes as a trouser suit for a mod touch wear with flats and a great pair of sunglasses have fun with the print

TIP...a white shirt gives this look a relaxed modern feel to a floral printed mini skirt and pick out a colour from the skirt for an oversized jacket; its a key style for this spring make sure you go for bold floral colours for a strong summer look!

TIP...I am loving the ditsy floral print (very 90's) and have added bright coloured boots to toughen it up as they can be slightly girly for a rock n roll look I have also added the denim waistcoat clashing the floral prints but the white blouse softens the whole look again

Print.....

TIP...if you wear the same print why not try it in clashing colours I have added white boots to this 50's inspired look to give this a stronger impact and make it less girly but keep accessories to a minimum
