Sport.....

TIP... this season the sweatshirt is the new jumper I love this printed one and the colour block strips gives it the sporty edge I have worn with loose jeans and heels and the metallic belt is a good finishing touch and match with metallic sunglasses which is a great way to buy into the trend for those looking for a little simpler way to wear this trend

TIP... neon accents are a great way to update this trend this year wear with a sleeveless waistcoat instead always do up and wear like a top but keep it oversized

TIP... try dungarees for an alternative to the all in one but for a sporty twist wear with the straps down and add a loose t-shirt and bomber style jacket (the oriental print is another top tip for the new season!) look out for metallic strips and colour block heels on footwear

Florals.....

TIP... look out for sheer pieces this spring and with the floral embroidery keep this looking fresh and modern I have styled it with silk trousers keeping the colour tones similar and added a simple pointy shoe in black for an 80's power twist this is a great look for work with a blazer and slip or for night kept sheer just add a citrus lipstick shade like tangerine

TIP... for a cooler easy way to wear this trend find a print added to an oversized t-shirt or sweatshirt and wear with leather for a tougher finish but the a line skirt gives this a feminine feel again I have added a metallic boot as these are probably one of my favourite boots for summer great with everything and a good addition to update old clothes!

TIP... Oriental flowers are a strong theme for spring clash your prints with your top and I have added a metallic block heeled shoe which bring this look up to date also if you haven't invested in a bomber jacket yet then make sure you do its the perfect summer cover up and goes with all new season trends

It's all about Dries van Noten.....

This summer my I am all over Dries van Noten, inspired from one of my favourite decades, the nineties, it brings back good memories but in a more grown up way than I would have worn it back then. These are some of my favourite looks...

TIP... I am very into hats at the moment and love these cotton 60's inspired domed ones in blue to finish off the outfit a print worn underneath helps break up head to toe colour and have styled it with this oversized suede bomber jacket which looks great with the girly skirt but both have a sporty element that ties it altogether

TIP...double denim never goes away and is a great way to wear this trend look out for patchwork denim details like the shirt I am wearing different tones of blue denim look great when mixed altogether

TIP... taking inspiration from the ss13 dries van noten show (my favourite show of the season) its all about playing with check the big 90's print inspired by kurt cobain so I have clashed the shirt and trousers (things don't need to match perfectly) and thrown over a mens jumper and blazer the metallic shoes gives this a modern twist
